My Full Smokey Mountain Snuff Review

/ by

Before I started trying to be on this nicotine free journey, I wasn’t really in a good place. The power of Family helped me to at least try to slowdown my tobacco intake.

Chewing nothing at all sucked and flat out just wasn’t going to work for me as a solution. Luckily I came across some non-nicotine and non-tobacco-based alternatives that at least allowed me to keep chewing, spitting and keep some things somewhat familiar throughout my day.

Fast forward, I’ve been collecting these non-nicotine cans along the way and decided to give you guys a review about the ones I keep around. After reading through several overwhelmingly positive customer reviews around it, I finally decided to give Smoky Mountain Snuff a try.

On the official website, the slogan for the product reads, “America’s Original and Best Selling Tobacco-Free Smokeless Brand”

Who Should Use Smokey Mountain?

The most important detail that caught my eye during an advertisement about Smoky Mountains Snuff is that it is tobacco and nicotine-free. There are over eight flavors of herbal snuff and two flavors of herbal pouches.

The product is enjoyed by a variety of people such as pro athletes, those who love going outdoors, and those who desire a smokeless alternative without all the nasty adverse effects that usually come with it.

My guess for why it’s picked up in popularity is because it provides a somewhat similar taste to what most are used to. This is the main reason why I have been keeping a pack resting on my dash along with my other favorite alternatives.

What You Should Know Before You Buy

Apart from being nicotine/tobacco-free, Smoky Mountains Snuff is made with FDA approved “food-grade” ingredients.

These ingredients include molasses, cornsilk, salt, cayenne pepper, sodium bicarbonate, glycerin, and kudzu root.

Although the taste may be similar, Smokey Mountain Snuff does lack that level of moistness that I usually look for but it’s still good quality overall.

Most customers who use Smoky Mountain, said that they prefer this over their previous products.

In short, Smoky Mountain Snuff does what it’s advertised to do, including:

  • Offers great taste
  • Made of premium ingredients
  • Provides a wonderful experience
  • Is an exceptional smoke-free product

My First Impressions

I’ve tried many products in the past and some end up not living up to the expectations implied in their marketing campaigns. So, I was naturally skeptical in the beginning.

Still, you don’t know if you actually like or dislike something if you don’t give it a try, so I did just that with Smoky Mountains Snuff.

The packaging was impressive, but who chews on packaging? The real test was actually sampling the goods.

For the first couple days, not only was I impressed with how incredibly moist every can was, but I was also surprised with the flavors. Some flavors that I’ve never tried before turned out to be of some of my favorites.

The smells that came after opening the can were also a good experience.

After actually trying it, I’d have to say the manufacturers of Smoky Mountain delivered on what they marketed on, including closely resembling genuine tobacco products.

My Results

After trying the Smoky Mountain Snuff for 2 to 4 weeks, I can honestly say that the overall experience was above my expectations.

Apart from the incredible flavor and the long-lasting chews that come with it, I’m just glad I found another alternative that will hopefully help me one day to kick tobacco for good.

Final Thoughts

In the end, every flavor of Smoky Mountain Snuff, offers excellent spit ability, and are softer and moister than other tobacco free chews.

I feel like a broken record every time I say this, but this alternative is close to the real thing in terms of taste and texture, but without all the renowned dangers that are found in genuine tobacco products.

So if you’re on this journey like me or know someone who is, I’d say Smokey Mountain Snuff would be a great start.
